Ninjaws 38ab597170 [Added] Basis of the Title Screen, learning how to use raylib, [TODO] Add sound to the docker container

Also, right now x11 is used to view the screen inside the container.
This needs to be updated to work for Windows and Mac as well. Also,
xhost +local:docker is used to allow docker to use the screen. This
needs to be adapted for multi-platform purposes as well
